February thaw
When we went to bed last night, our yard and everything within sight was still blanketed with snow. We awoke to find temperatures in the low 50s and large puddles everywhere.
The sun is setting later now: just after 5 pm tonight. We are all ready for signs of spring but have months to go. New England: our cruel and beautiful mistress.
